Client: Do you use my water?

What is "Soft Washing"?
Soft Washing is the main process of cleaning that we use on a day to day basis. It consists of a low pressure chemical application that helps to loosen surface contaminants, and kill algae and mold to help clean the surface.
When we clean a house, we follow the soft washing with a pure water, high pressure rinsing of the house.
When we clean a roof, we follow it up with a low pressure rinse to avoid damaging the roof in any way.
Soft washing also works on wood, concrete, brick, and any other surface that algae and mold may grow on.
How Should I Prepare?
House Washing: Our chemical can sometimes be harmful to cloths, stained woods, or metals, so we ask that if you have anything surrounding the house that you would like to keep dry, that you have it removed prior to the cleaning.

Roof Washing: Little preparation required.

Pressure Washing: Remove any furniture, vehicles, plant potters, grills, etc from the surface being washed before arrival.

Window Cleaning: Should the window screens be removed, we ask that they be unlocked and removable upon arrival.
How Should I Pay?
We accept all forms of payment. Cash, check, and debit/credit card via the invoice you will receive after the work is done!
Can you work if I don't have water?
While we can work without water, we can only run for a limited time on the water in our tank. We charge $25 per trip, should we have to leave to fill up our tank.
