House Washing
Our favorite and most frequently booked service offered, our house washing is a simple soft wash applied to the house followed by a high pressure rinse. This removes any algae, cobwebs, dust, mud-dobbers, and most other surface contaminants. A typical house wash starts at $200, and increases from there!

Pressure Washing
Pressure washing is our typical cleanings of driveways, sidewalks, patios, porches, pavers, bricks, and everything else on the ground. We start with a basic chemical application, followed by pressure washing the surface. We use various chemicals depending on the staining, i.e.
algae- 3% SH, oil- degreaser.

Roof Washing
One of our favorite but most unheard of services, is roof washing. Have you ever seen a roof with dark discoloration or dark streaks? That's a living organism that eats away at the minerals found on a composite shingle.
Our process to remove these organisms is a low pressure soft wash chemical application, followed by a low pressure rinse, all done from the ground. Roof washing can add years to the life of your roof, and can bring back its brand-new look!

Window Cleaning
Done either traditionally by hand with mop and squeegee, or using our spotless cleaning water-fed pole system, our window cleanings normally start at $100, and sometimes as low as $75 when paired with a house wash or any other service we offer!

Gutter Cleaning and Brightening
We offer two gutter-related services, a standard gutter clean-out, and a gutter brightening. Our gutter brightening is a more labor intensive service we offer that targets the "tiger striping" that is found on many gutters around the house. We use a chemical and use a brush to scrub the gutters, followed by a rinse to remove the striping. Gutter cleanings typically start at $125, and brightening typically start at around $200.

Cleanings
We offer commercial cleanings, everything from shops, fast food restaurants, banks, to post offices, we do it.
Many of our commercial clientele are on either a quarterly or 6 week scheduling basis, with higher traffic businesses being on our 6 week basis.
We clean all three of the Sonic Drive-Ins in Ponca City, OK, and clean several banks in the area as well. We have cleaned many different buildings, done graffiti removals from businesses, and have lots of commercial work under our belt.
